Gartner evaluated 15 CLM vendors, taking a detailed look at the industry’s foremost products, researching top solutions and recognising the best contract management systems available.

In the report, Gartner says:

"Leaders are in the strongest position to influence the market's growth and direction. They demonstrate a market-defining vision for how CLM technology can help companies achieve the business objectives of managing compliance and reducing process bottlenecks.

Contract management systems can support businesses large and small to more effectively create, store and find contracts, as well as increase security and compliance, ease searching and reporting, ensure contracts are renewed automatically and prevent contracts from slipping between the cracks.
