It is designed to manage Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, and Problems, along with Configuration Item Management (Assets), Knowledge Management, Event Management, Service Portfolio Management, Service Level Management, Customer Support, Contract Management, Project/Task Management, Employee Time Keeping, Surveys, and Sales CRM.
